Core Plan

The Core plan is designed for merchants who are getting started or running a straightforward online operation. It gives you a full storefront, order management, and payment infrastructure without any ongoing per-transaction subscription fees beyond the standard payment processing fee.

Team Accounts on Core
The Core plan supports one owner account. If you need to invite staff with separate logins and role-based permissions, you will need to upgrade to the Growth plan.

The Growth plan is built for merchants who want to compete at a higher level, using AI tools, automating marketing, managing a team, and getting serious about content and discoverability. It includes everything in Core, plus a significant set of additional capabilities.

Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade at any time without losing any of your existing data, products, or orders.

Upgrading to Core (Free)

  1. Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard
  2. Click Get Started with Core on the Core plan card
  3. Core activates immediately. No payment or bank transfer is required. Your new features are available straight away.

Upgrading to Growth

  1. Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard
  2. Choose Monthly or Yearly billing at the top
  3. Click Upgrade Now on the Growth plan card
  4. You are shown a virtual account number with the exact amount to transfer
  5. Make the bank transfer. The account expires after a set window so complete the transfer promptly.
  6. Once your transfer is confirmed, your plan upgrades automatically and the new features are available on your next page load
Annual Billing Saves 17%
Paying annually works out to ₦15,000 per month, saving ₦36,000 compared to monthly billing.

Accessing Growth Features on Core

If you are on the Core plan and navigate to a Growth-only section (such as Email Marketing, Chatbot, or Creatives), you will see an upgrade prompt instead of the feature. This is the upgrade wall, it lists what the feature does and gives you a direct link to the Billing page to upgrade.

The upgrade wall appears inside the full dashboard layout, so you can still access all your Core features from the sidebar. Only the content of that specific section is replaced by the prompt.

Backend Protection
Growth-only features are enforced on both the frontend and the API. Even if a Core merchant attempted to call a Growth-only endpoint directly, the server returns a 403 error. Upgrading your plan immediately unlocks both the UI and the API.

Billing and Plan Changes

Here is how billing works once you are on a paid plan:

  • Monthly — paid on the same date each month via bank transfer to a virtual account
  • Annual — paid once per year; saves two months compared to monthly billing
  • Failed payments — if a charge cannot be confirmed, you keep your full plan access while Vaendora retries automatically over the following hours. You will receive an email notification for each failed attempt. If all retries are exhausted, your account is downgraded to the Gateway plan.
  • Cancelling — you can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing using the Cancel subscription button. Cancellation takes effect immediately and your account moves to the Gateway plan. Your data is preserved and you can resubscribe whenever you are ready.
Failed Payment? Fund Your Account
If you see a payment failure warning on your Billing page, ensure your settlement bank account has sufficient funds. Vaendora retries automatically, you do not need to do anything else. Visit the Billing page to learn more about how failed payments are handled.
