Manage your subscribers, view customer details, and track subscription status for each customer.

Customer List

View all your subscribers in one place:

Navigate to Customers

Go to Subscriptions → Customers in your dashboard.

View Customer List

You'll see a table of all customers who have subscribed to your plans.

Customer List Columns

  • Customer - Name and email address
  • Plan - Subscription plan name
  • Status - Active, Paused, Cancelled, or Expired
  • Next Billing - When the next charge will occur
  • Lifetime Value - Total amount paid by customer
  • Subscribed Date - When they first subscribed

Searching Customers

Use the search bar to find customers by:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Filtering Customers

Filter the customer list by:

  • Status - Active, Paused, Cancelled, All
  • Plan - Specific subscription plan
  • Date Range - Subscription date range

Customer Details

Click on a customer to view their full details:

Customer Profile

  • Name - Customer's full name
  • Email - Contact email address
  • Phone - Phone number (if provided)
  • Created Date - When they first became a customer

Subscription Information

  • Current Plan - Active subscription plan
  • Status - Current subscription status
  • Started - When subscription began
  • Next Billing Date - Upcoming charge date
  • Billing Amount - Recurring charge amount

Payment History

View all payments made by this customer:

  • Date of each payment
  • Amount charged
  • Payment status
  • Transaction reference

Subscription Status

Understanding customer subscription states:

Active

Customer has an active, paid subscription

Paused

Subscription is temporarily on hold

Cancelled

Customer or merchant cancelled the subscription

Expired

Subscription ended after failed payment retries

Trial

Customer is in their free trial period

Customer Actions

Actions you can take on customer subscriptions:

Cancel Subscription

End a customer's subscription:

  • Subscription stops at end of current billing period
  • Customer retains access until that date
  • No further charges will be made
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. The customer retains access until then.

Pause Subscription

Temporarily pause billing:

  • No charges during pause
  • Can be resumed at any time
  • Customer may lose access during pause (configurable)

Change Plan

Move customer to a different subscription plan:

  • Upgrade or downgrade plans
  • Proration options available
  • Takes effect immediately or at next billing

Customer Communication

Customers receive automatic emails for:

  • Welcome Email - When they first subscribe
  • Payment Receipt - After each successful payment
  • Payment Failed - When a payment attempt fails
  • Subscription Cancelled - When subscription ends
  • Trial Ending - Reminder before trial expires

Exporting Customer Data

Export your customer list for analysis or marketing:

  1. Apply filters as needed
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose CSV or Excel format
  4. Download the file
