Managing Reviews
Access and manage all reviews:
Navigate to Reviews
Go to Storefront → Reviews in your dashboard.
View Review List
See all reviews with product name, customer, rating, and date.
Click for Details
Click on any review to view the full content and respond.
Review Information
- Product - Which product was reviewed
- Customer - Name of the reviewer
- Rating - Star rating (1-5)
- Title - Review headline
- Content - Full review text
- Date - When the review was submitted
- Status - Approved, Pending, or Hidden

Replying to Reviews
Respond to customer reviews to show you care:
Open the Review
Click on a review to open its detail view.
Write Your Reply
Enter your response in the reply field. Be professional, helpful, and personalized.
Submit Reply
Click Submit Reply to publish your response.
Tips for Responding
- Thank positive reviewers - Show appreciation for their kind words and business
- Address concerns professionally - Acknowledge issues and offer solutions
- Be prompt - Respond quickly, especially to negative reviews

Review Moderation
Control which reviews appear on your store:
Review Status
- Approved - Visible on your storefront
- Pending - Awaiting your approval
- Hidden - Not visible to customers
Approving Reviews
New reviews may require approval before appearing:
- Review appears in "Pending" list
- Click to review the content
- Click Approve to publish
Hiding Inappropriate Reviews
You may hide reviews that are:
- Spam or promotional content
- Containing inappropriate language
- Fake or fraudulent
