Social Content Intelligence

One topic. Five platforms. Ready to post. Social Content Intelligence takes a single idea - ideally one backed by real audience research from SearchSignal - and generates platform-native content for Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube in a single session. Every piece of content is grounded in your actual store data: your brand name, products, categories, and audience.

One session per day
Each merchant account gets one Social Content Intelligence session every 24 hours. A session can cover as many platforms as you choose - pick all five and get everything in one run.

How It Works

Most merchants know they need to post on social media. The problem is knowing what to post that actually connects with people who are ready to buy. Social Content Intelligence solves this by generating content that is grounded in what your audience is already searching for, and written specifically in your brand's voice - not a generic AI style.

The AI writes differently for each platform - an Instagram caption reads nothing like a LinkedIn post, and a TikTok script is completely different from a YouTube video. Social Content Intelligence handles all of that in one session so you are not starting from scratch on each platform.

Brand DNA - Your Store, Your Voice

Every generation automatically pulls your store name, tagline, brand description, and top product categories. Content is written as your brand speaking to your audience - not generic AI copy.

Five Platforms, One Session

Generate content for Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube at the same time. Pick any combination - you don't have to use all five.

Content Angles

Choose from 10 proven marketing angles - Product Spotlight, Social Proof, Problem/Solution, New Arrival, Limited Offer, Behind the Brand, How It Works, Us vs Them, Transformation, or Seasonal. Each angle changes the psychology and structure of the content.

Product Picker

Select a specific product from your catalog. Its name, price, description, and photos are injected into every platform's content. Generate content about a specific product, not a vague topic.

Tone and Language

Choose from 6 writing tones and 6 languages including Nigerian Pidgin, Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, and French. The AI writes every word - captions, hashtags, scripts - in your chosen language.

Platform-Native Writing

Instagram gets hooks and hashtag pills. X gets a standalone tweet and a 5-tweet thread. LinkedIn gets a professional long-form post. TikTok gets a spoken-word script. YouTube gets a full video script with section headers.

SearchSignal Integration

Pull topics directly from your SearchSignal research. Every piece of content starts from a question your audience is actively searching for.

Copy in One Click

Each platform card has a Copy button. Each individual section (tweet, hook, CTA) has its own copy icon. Move content to your scheduler in seconds.

Picking a Topic

The quality of your social content depends almost entirely on the topic you choose. A vague topic produces generic content. A specific, audience-focused topic produces content that feels personal and relevant.

From SearchSignal Research (Recommended)

If you have run a SearchSignal session, the topic picker is displayed at the top of the Social Content Intelligence form. Click it to expand your research history, then click any individual question, preposition phrase, or comparison to instantly fill the topic field.

This is the recommended approach because these topics are questions your audience is actively asking right now. Content built on them is more likely to reach the right people than content built on a guess.

Start with SearchSignal
Run a SearchSignal session first, then come to Social Content Intelligence. The SearchSignal topic picker shows your full research history with all sessions and their sub-topics. Pick the one that feels most relevant to your current goals.

Entering a Topic Manually

You can also type any topic directly into the Topic field. Be specific. Instead of "skincare", try "how to build a skincare routine for oily skin in a humid climate". The more specific your topic, the more targeted and useful the generated content will be.

Product Picker

The product picker lets you select any product from your catalog directly within the Social Content Intelligence form. When you select a product:

  • The product's name, price, description, and images are sent to the AI for every platform
  • The Topic field becomes optional - the product name is used as the fallback topic
  • The image panel on each platform card shows your product's actual photos as clickable options
  • AI scene generation prompts are pre-populated with accurate product context

Use the search field in the picker to find products by name. This is the most effective way to create product-specific social content - the AI writes about your actual product, not a made-up version of it.

Product Spotlight angle + Product Picker
For the strongest product-focused content, combine the Product Spotlight angle with a specific product. The angle forces the AI to go deep on a single specific claim about the product - an ingredient, a mechanism, or a differentiator - rather than producing a generic launch post.

Content Angles

A content angle is the psychological approach behind the post. The same product can be marketed in ten completely different ways depending on what emotional trigger or information need you are addressing. Choosing an angle changes the structure and tone of content across all platforms.

AngleWhat It Produces
Product SpotlightDeep dive on one specific mechanism, ingredient, or differentiator. Treats the product as an established bestseller - not a new launch.
Social ProofTestimonials, reviews, customer love. Uses evidence and third-party validation to build trust.
Problem / SolutionOpens with a pain point your customer recognizes, then closes with the product as the answer.
New ArrivalLaunch energy, urgency, first-look excitement. Use for genuinely new products or restocks.
Limited OfferScarcity, deadline, deal. Creates urgency through time or quantity limits.
Behind the BrandYour story, founder, production process, or values. Builds emotional connection and trust.
How It WorksStep-by-step explanation of how to use the product or how it delivers its benefit.
Us vs ThemComparison with generic alternatives or competitors. Shows why your product is the better choice.
TransformationBefore and after. The customer's life or situation before your product vs after using it.
Seasonal / TrendingConnects your product to a current season, event, or trend your audience is following.

The angle field is optional. If you skip it, the AI will generate content in a general promotional style. Selecting an angle produces more structured, psychologically targeted content.

Tone and Language

Tone

Choose one of six tones to control how the content sounds:

  • Casual (default) - Relaxed, conversational, approachable. Best for everyday products and lifestyle brands.
  • Professional - Formal, authoritative, business-appropriate. Best for B2B, financial, or high-ticket products.
  • Friendly - Warm, personal, supportive. Best for community-focused or service brands.
  • Bold - Direct, confident, attention-commanding. Best for brands with a strong point of view.
  • Educational - Informative, detailed, teaching-focused. Best for complex products or expert-led brands.
  • Inspirational - Motivational, aspirational, uplifting. Best for wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Language

Choose the language for the generated content. The AI writes every word - including captions, hashtags, hooks, and scripts - in your chosen language:

  • English (default)
  • Nigerian Pidgin - Connects instantly with a wide Nigerian audience across regions
  • Yoruba - For Yoruba-speaking audiences in Southwest Nigeria
  • Igbo - For Igbo-speaking audiences in Southeast Nigeria
  • Hausa - For Hausa-speaking audiences in Northern Nigeria
  • French - For Francophone West African markets
Nigerian Pidgin for broad reach
Nigerian Pidgin is understood across all regions and tribes. If you want maximum reach within Nigeria without targeting a specific language group, Pidgin is often the most effective choice for Instagram and TikTok content.

Selecting Platforms

After setting your topic, choose which platforms to generate content for. Each platform toggle is independent - you can select any combination. At least one platform must be selected before you can generate.

You do not need to post on every platform. Select only the ones your audience actually uses. For most Nigerian merchants, Instagram and WhatsApp (via the caption) are the highest-priority channels, with TikTok growing rapidly.

Instagram Content

The Instagram card gives you three things:

  • Hook - the first line designed to stop the scroll. Bold and attention-grabbing.
  • Caption - the full post body. Conversational, benefit-focused, and written to drive saves and comments.
  • Hashtags - a set of relevant hashtags displayed as pills. Copy them individually or copy the full Instagram card to get everything at once.

You can copy the entire Instagram card with one button, or copy any section individually using the copy icon next to it.

Images for Instagram

When a product is selected, the Instagram card shows an image section with two options:

  • Your product photos - thumbnails of your actual catalog photos. Click any to select it instantly. No AI credit used.
  • Generate AI scene - generates a professional lifestyle backdrop for your product using Flux.1 AI. Uses AI credits. Best for when you want a styled scene rather than a plain product shot.

If no product is selected, only AI scene generation is available.

X (Twitter) Content

The X card gives you two content blocks:

  • Standalone tweet - a single post under 280 characters that works on its own.
  • Thread - five numbered tweets that expand on the topic in depth. Each tweet in the thread has its own copy icon so you can copy and post them one at a time.

Use the standalone tweet for quick engagement. Use the thread when you want to educate your audience and demonstrate expertise.

LinkedIn Content

The LinkedIn card generates a single professional post, typically 400-600 words. LinkedIn rewards content that is thoughtful, specific, and adds genuine value to a professional audience.

The post is written in a direct, first-person style appropriate for the platform. It is longer than Instagram or X content by design - LinkedIn readers expect substance.

TikTok Content

The TikTok card is structured as a spoken-word script with three sections:

  • Hook - the first 3 seconds. What you say before anyone can swipe away. Must create immediate curiosity or promise clear value.
  • Script - 30-60 seconds of spoken content. This is the body of your video, written as natural speech you can read directly to camera.
  • CTA - the call to action. What you ask the viewer to do at the end of the video.
Read it out loud first
TikTok scripts are written to be spoken, not read. Read the script out loud once before recording to get comfortable with the flow. Adjust any phrases that feel unnatural for how you speak.

YouTube Content

The YouTube card gives you the most content of any platform:

  • Title - an SEO-optimised video title designed to appear in search.
  • Description - a full video description with keywords, suitable for the YouTube description box.
  • Script - a complete 5-7 minute video script with section headers marking each part of the video. The script area is scrollable since it is longer than the other cards.

YouTube content is the most investment-heavy to produce but also has the longest shelf life. A well-made YouTube video can drive traffic for years.

Copying and Using Content

Every platform card has a Copy all button at the top right that copies the entire card's content to your clipboard in a clean, pasteable format.

Individual sections - tweets in a thread, the hook, the script, hashtags - each have their own copy icon. This is useful when you want to post one tweet from a thread, or copy just the caption without the hashtags.

Edit before posting
The AI output is a starting point, not a finished product. Read it, adjust the tone to match your voice, add any specific product references or prices, and make it sound like you. The best social content feels personal, not generated.

Session History

Every generation session is saved automatically. The history panel on the left side of the page shows all your past sessions, listed with the topic and time. Click any session to reload the content back into view.

You can delete a session from history by hovering over it and clicking the delete button that appears.

Daily Limit

Each account is limited to one Social Content Intelligence session per rolling 24-hour window. This limit exists because each session is a large AI generation that covers multiple platforms simultaneously.

When your session has been used, the Generate button shows the exact time your quota resets. You can still browse your session history and copy content from previous sessions at any time.

Make your session count
Because you have one session per day, pick your topic carefully. Use SearchSignal first to identify the most valuable topic for your current goals, then run your Social Content Intelligence session on that topic.

Best Practices

Start from research, not from a guess

Topics pulled from SearchSignal consistently produce better content than manually typed topics because they are based on actual search behavior. The more specific and search-grounded your topic, the more targeted the output.

Pick a product when your post is about a specific product

The Product Picker ensures the AI knows exact details - name, price, description - rather than making assumptions. This is especially important for product launches, promotions, and Product Spotlight content.

Match the angle to your goal

Use Social Proof or Transformation when you want to build trust. Use New Arrival or Limited Offer for urgency. Use How It Works or Product Spotlight to educate. Behind the Brand works well at the start of a campaign to build emotional connection before selling.

Use target audience to sharpen the content

The Target Audience field is optional, but filling it in makes a real difference. "Small business owners in Lagos" will produce different content than "mothers in Abuja looking for affordable children's clothing". Be specific about who you are writing for.

Do not post everything on every platform

Generate for all five platforms, but post selectively. Look at which platforms your customers actually use and focus your energy there. It is better to post consistently on two platforms than sporadically on five.

Customise for your brand voice

The AI writes in a natural, platform-appropriate style informed by your brand data. Before posting, add your personality - a phrase you always use, a reference to a specific product, a local detail that only your audience would connect with. That is what makes content feel authentic.
