Welcome to Vaendora! Follow this guide to set up your account and start accepting payments through your online store or WooCommerce plugin in minutes.
Overview
Vaendora is a Nigerian fintech platform that enables instant bank transfer verification, payment collection, and subscription management. With Vaendora, you can:

Step 1: Create Your Account
Visit the Registration Page
Go to app.vaendora.com and click Sign Up.
Enter Business Information
Fill in your business details including:
- Business name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business type (Individual/Registered Business)
Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link to activate your account.
Complete Your Profile
After logging in, you'll be guided through completing your business profile and setting up your settlement account.
Step 2: Complete Verification
To start receiving payments, you'll need to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This helps ensure secure transactions for you and your customers.
BVN Verification
Enter your Bank Verification Number (BVN) to verify your identity. This is a one-time process required by Nigerian financial regulations.
Add Settlement Account
Provide your bank account details where you'll receive your payments. The account name must match your registered business name or your personal name.
Upload Documents (if required)
Depending on your business type, you may need to upload supporting documents such as CAC registration certificate or utility bills.

Step 3: Set Up Your Store
Once your account is verified, you can start building your online store:
Configure Store Settings
Go to Commerce → Settings to set up your store name, description, and upload your logo.
Add Categories
Navigate to Commerce → Categories to create product categories that will help organize your inventory.
Add Products
Go to Commerce → Products and click Add Productto create your first product with images, pricing, and descriptions.
Preview Your Store
Click the View Store button to see how your storefront looks to customers.
Step 4: Test Payments
Before going live, it's important to test your payment flow:
Enable Test Mode
Go to Settings → API Keys and toggle Test Mode on. This allows you to simulate payments without real money.
Make a Test Purchase
Visit your store and complete a test purchase. In test mode, payments are simulated and no actual money is transferred.
Verify Transaction
Check your Payments → Transactions page to confirm the test transaction appears correctly.
Go Live
Once you're satisfied with testing, disable test mode to start accepting real payments from customers.
