Orders

View and manage customer orders from your storefront. Track order status, view details, and handle fulfillment.

Order Management

Access your orders from the dashboard:

Navigate to Orders

Go to Commerce → Orders in your dashboard.

View Order List

See all orders with key information including order number, customer, total, status, and date.

Click for Details

Click on any order to view complete details.

Order List Columns

  • Order # - Unique order identifier
  • Customer - Customer name and email
  • Items - Number of products ordered
  • Total - Order total amount
  • Status - Current order status
  • Date - When order was placed

Searching Orders

Search for orders by:

  • Order number
  • Customer name or email
  • Product name

Filtering Orders

  • Status - Filter by order status
  • Date Range - Orders within specific dates
  • Payment Status - Paid, Pending, etc.

Order Status

Orders progress through different statuses:

Pending Payment

Order placed, awaiting payment confirmation

Processing

Payment received, order being prepared

Shipped

Order has been dispatched for delivery

Completed

Order delivered and fulfilled

Cancelled

Order was cancelled

Refunded

Payment was refunded to customer

Updating Order Status

Open Order Details

Click on the order to open its detail page.

Change Status

Use the status dropdown to select the new status.

Add Notes (Optional)

Add a note explaining the status change if needed.

Save Changes

Click Update to save the new status.

Customer Notifications
Customers are automatically notified by email when their order status changes to Shipped or Completed.

Order Details

View complete order information:

Items Ordered

  • Product name and image
  • Quantity ordered
  • Price per item
  • Subtotal
  • Product variations (if applicable)

Customer Information

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Shipping Address

  • Street address
  • City
  • State
  • Postal code
  • Country

Payment Information

  • Payment status
  • Payment reference
  • Payment date
  • Amount paid

Fulfillment

Process orders for delivery:

Fulfillment Workflow

  1. Review Order - Check items and shipping address
  2. Prepare Package - Pack the ordered items
  3. Mark as Shipped - Update status and add tracking info
  4. Track Delivery - Monitor until delivered
  5. Complete Order - Mark as completed when delivered

Adding Tracking Information

When marking an order as Shipped:

  • Enter shipping carrier name
  • Add tracking number
  • Customer receives email with tracking details

Order Notes

Add internal notes to orders:

  • Notes are only visible to you and your team
  • Track special instructions or issues
  • Record communication with customer

Exporting Orders

Download order data for reporting:

  1. Apply filters as needed
  2. Click Export
  3. Choose format (CSV or Excel)
  4. Download the file
