Frequently Asked Questions

A dedicated FAQ page that displays as an interactive accordion on your storefront. Questions are automatically turned into structured data that helps your store appear in AI search results. Use the Generate FAQ button to create a complete FAQ with AI.

Privacy Policy

Describes how you collect and use customer data. Required for legal compliance and customer trust. Use the Generate Legal Page button to create a personalised Privacy Policy using AI.

Terms & Conditions

Defines the legal terms of sale for your store. Covers payment, delivery, returns, and liability. Use the Generate Legal Page button to create a personalised Terms page using AI.

System Pages
System pages cannot be deleted, but you can customise their content and visibility settings.

Writing a Privacy Policy or Terms & Conditions from scratch is time-consuming and easy to get wrong. Vaendora can generate these pages for you using AI - personalised with your actual business name, location, contact details, and policies.

Generate Legal Page

This feature is only available on the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions pages. It replaces the standard AI Visibility Optimization button with a dedicated legal page generator.

Generating a Privacy Policy

Open the Privacy Policy Page

Go to Storefront → Pages and click Edit on the Privacy Policy.

Click Generate Legal Page

Click the Generate Legal Page button (with the sparkle icon) next to the Content label.

Fill in Your Business Details

An amber panel appears with fields for your business information:

  • Legal Business Name - your registered business name
  • Business Location - city and country (e.g. Lagos, Nigeria)
  • Contact Email - the email customers can use for privacy queries
  • Store / Website URL - your storefront address
  • Type of Business - e.g. online retail store, fashion boutique

Select Data You Collect

Check the data types your store collects from customers:

  • Customer name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Delivery address
  • Payment information
  • Browser cookies / tracking

Also indicate whether you share data with third-party services such as payment processors or delivery companies.

Click Generate

Click Generate. The AI produces a complete Privacy Policy using your details. A preview panel appears below the form.

Apply and Save

Review the content, then click Apply to load it into the editor. Make any adjustments, then click Save.

Generating Terms & Conditions

Open the Terms Page

Go to Storefront → Pages and click Edit on the Terms & Conditions page.

Click Generate Legal Page

Click the Generate Legal Page button next to the Content label.

Fill in Your Business Details

Provide your legal business name, location, contact email, website URL, and type of business.

Describe Your Return Policy

Enter a brief summary of your return and refund policy in the Return / Refund Policy Summary field. For example: "Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Refunds processed within 5 business days."

Set Governing Law

Confirm the Governing Law field (pre-filled as "Nigeria"). This is the legal jurisdiction that governs your terms.

Generate, Apply, and Save

Click Generate, review the preview, click Apply, then Save.

Legal Review Recommended
AI-generated legal pages are a solid starting point tailored to your business details, but they are not a substitute for professional legal advice. Review the generated content with a legal professional before publishing, especially if your business has specific compliance requirements.
AI Credits
Generating a legal page uses AI credits from your monthly allocation. The credit cost is similar to optimizing a product description. Your usage is tracked in the AI Visibility dashboard.

AI-Generated FAQ Page

The Frequently Asked Questions page gets its own dedicated AI generator. You provide your business details and select the topics to cover, and AI writes a complete, well-structured FAQ tailored to your store.

What makes this special: the FAQ page on your storefront displays as an interactive accordion where customers click to expand each answer. Behind the scenes, the question headings are automatically turned into FAQ structured data (JSON-LD), which helps your store appear directly in AI search results on ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.

Open the FAQ Page

Go to Storefront → Pages and click Edit on the Frequently Asked Questions page.

Click Generate FAQ

Click the Generate FAQ button next to the Content label. An amber panel appears.

Fill in Your Business Details

Provide your store name, type of business, and optionally your contact email.

Select Topics to Cover

Choose which topics your FAQ should address:

  • Delivery & Shipping
  • Returns & Refunds
  • Payment Methods
  • Order Tracking
  • Product Quality
  • Wholesale Orders
  • Account & Registration
  • Getting Support

Add Context (Optional)

In the Additional Context field, add any specific details you want included - for example your free delivery threshold, return window, or accepted payment methods.

Generate, Apply, and Save

Click Generate. Review the preview, click Apply to load it into the editor, then click Save.

Accordion Display
Once saved and published, your FAQ page automatically displays as an interactive accordion on your storefront. Customers click each question to expand the answer. No extra setup is needed - this happens automatically for the FAQ system page.
AI Search Visibility
Every question on your FAQ page is automatically read by your storefront and injected as FAQ structured data. This is what allows AI search engines to cite your answers directly when customers ask relevant questions.

AI Visibility Optimization for Pages

For non-legal pages such as About, Contact, and custom pages, Vaendora offers a different AI tool:Optimize for AI Visibility. This rewrites your page content with FAQ-style question headings that help AI search engines like ChatGPT and Perplexity extract and cite your content in their answers.

Custom Pages

Create additional pages for your store:

Navigate to Pages

Go to Storefront → Pages in your dashboard.

Click Create Page

Click the Create Page button.

Enter Page Details

Fill in the page information:

  • Page Title - display title for the page
  • URL Slug - the URL path (e.g. /faq)
  • Content - page content using the rich text editor

Set Page Options

Configure visibility and navigation options.

Save Page

Click Save to create the page.

Page Editor

The rich text editor allows you to create professional content:

Text Formatting

  • Bold and Italic text

Editor Tips

  • Use headings to structure your content
  • Keep paragraphs short and scannable
  • Use lists for easy reading
  • Add images to break up text

Page Settings

Configure how each page behaves:

Visibility

  • Published - page is visible to visitors
  • Draft - page is hidden from visitors
  • Show in Menu - display link in main navigation
  • Show in Footer - display link in footer navigation

Editing Existing Pages

  1. Find the page in the Pages list
  2. Click to open the editor
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click Save

Deleting Custom Pages

  1. Open the page you want to delete
  2. Click the Delete button
  3. Confirm the deletion
Deletion is Permanent
Deleted pages cannot be recovered. Make sure you have a backup of any content you might need later.

Page Limits

  • 8 System Pages - always included (Home, Shop, Cart, Checkout, Contact, About, Privacy Policy, Terms)
  • Up to 3 Custom Pages - create additional pages as needed
